• Eligibility

  1. The minimum age for registering in VS is 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age limit is 70 years
  2. VS Membership and right of user is reserved for
     1. Indian National & Citizen
     2. Person of Indian Origin (at least one parent must be Indian Origin)
     3. Non Resident Indians (NRI)

• Registration

  1. we expect that candidate should fill the complete Online registration process and submit or enter the appropriate data or values with fairness and honestly. We expect that you read every column and interpret the Column appropriately and enter correct details or best among options.
  2. Vivahsaptapadi(VS) is authorized to communicate registered users on Mobile number / Phone Number/ Email provided by registered user. Vivahsaptapadi is authorized to call registered user to explicate the user services provided to User and to assist user for matchmaking process.
  3. You are representing that you or the mobile number submitted by you is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and/or you have already changed your registration suitably
  4. If at point of time VS Comes to know from any other sources or third party information with valid proof or records that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) are faulty, untrue, inaccurate then VS has full right to suspend or delete the user account (without any prior notice). VS Paid Membership will be cancelled despite of user paid full Membership amount and will refuse to provide service further.
  5. Registered user have given full authority to VS to share the Communication details with other registered user who wished to get communication details of user.

• Role and Responsibility of Vivahsapatapadi

  1. VS Helps you to find suitable life partner though automated process of searching and listing the members Information and advance search option.
  2. VS Shares your registered details and profile available on website to other registered user. You give full permission and authority to share your profile and details to other registered members of VS for matchmaking.
  3. VS use automated script and algorithm for advance search based on user input. The search result is automated result based on user search field options
  4. VS members agree and understand that VS may also allow third party website to collect the data for better service such as horoscope Matching and many others. VS may also collect the third party payment from you.
  5. VS cannot give any guarantee about information provided by user are true and authentic and we also request to VS user to cross check the information of user on your own

• Roles and Responsibility of VS User

  1. VS user ensure to protect the Username and Password for VS and ensure to keep secure and Confidential while using VS Services
  2. VS user must give any addition information to VS representative for using VS Services .
  3. VS user are expected to verify details of registered user such as Family status, education status, financial status , behaviour of user ,occupation , health etc. by his/her own .VS shall be not responsible for any such complaints afterwards.
  4. To get better search result , VS used is advised to Upload latest Photograph on portal (not old than 6 month) . It is also advised to upload more than 1 photograph to have clear idea about your profile.
  5. VS Member should use account for Own purpose. User is not able to transfer the Membership to other user for remaining days of membership.
  6. VS Member can request authority to delete the Profile or deactivate once User Marriage gets fix.
  7. VS members are expected to disclosure the Health records while registration. Any such serious Health Issue or pre-existing illness on portal.
  8. VS members are advised to not to share any Confidential detail with user such as bank details, sharing confidential data and documents. VS Members are advised to not to do any finical transaction to other user. VS Members are expected to avoid any physical relationship with user before marriage.

• Governing act

  1. Documents of terms and condition is an electronic form of Terms and condition technology act 2010 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2010.
  2. Document of Terms of condition follow Information and Technology act, 2000 and its amendments passed in 2008. Any user violating or Breaching IT Act and its amendment are punishable under IT Act, VS are authorized to file legal action against User for same.
  3. Registered user breach any code of conduct or misuse the Website for any other purpose, User is only responsible for such misconduct. Though VS is medium to breach code of conduct and Hence Other user can take legal action against such user under the IT Act (Intermediaries guidelines) rule, dated April 11,2011 vide G.S.R. 314 (E).

• Content Policy

  1. VS does not guarantee that any Content such as Documents, Photos provided by user are True. VS provide platform to find desired Life partner and content is uploaded user.
  2. Images, Clip, logo, button icon, digital download , Media and any other information uploaded on VS portal and all such content belongs to VS. VS reserved right for all content on portal is an exclusive property of VS and protected by Indian copyright law. All software, filters, Advance search belongs to VS is protected by Indian and international copyright law.
  3. VS users are not authorized to transmit or forward the information or content of other members in any form such as Text, video, clip, video etc.
  4. VS reserve the right to change or edit the content of User if they found content submitted by user need to be changed.
  5. VS prohibit user to take any Screenshot of content and forward to any other source. If VS found the same legal action can be taken under Indian copyright law.

• Privacy policy

  1. VS has taken reasonable steps to protect the Privacy of end user. VS has also taken much needed effort to protect user data provided to us while registration. VS has taken all necessary precaution and security concern is addressed well in time. Information of user is secured on servers with limited aces technical team.
  2. However VS User also agree to the norm that copying the data through Technology or any other medium or methods for Data Copying, Data mining etc. VS is trying best way to keep user information secure, however information transferred over the internet cannot be made absolute secure.
  3. VS user agree the terms and condition that Search engine crawlers can crawl the content available on portal. VS and technical team does not have any control on search engine crawler while they index other information available on portal.

• Payment of Fees and mode of Payment

  1. All payment for the Services offered by VS can be done via Cash/Cheque/ DD/ NetBanking/Credit/Debit Cards/UPI/Paytm etc under RBI guidelines . Activation of offered service will be started as soon as payment is realization of said Payment. In case of dishonour Cheque/DD payment, user is responsible to pay Cheque/DD bouncing charges as per payee’s bank Guidelines. 
  2. VS uses third Party Payment gateway for collection of Credit/Debit card payment. Payment gateway partner may charge you currency/Conversion charges, deduction or any other Charges. VS shall be not be responsible for any fail transaction. If Transaction is fail means NO service. However VS gives no guarantee about refund reaching customer Card/ bank account which used while doing transaction.

• Refund of Fee

  If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. 

  The membership payment once paid by the subscriber is not refundable.

• Renewal Policy

  1. User may wish to renew the Paid Membership account before 15 Days of Expiry of account. After the expiry of Paid membership account user will get automatic Free member where user can further see profile but unable to get communication details of user.
  2. If User will get 60 days buffer time after the expiry of membership. If user renew within 60 buffer days then it will be consider renewal, if user fail to renew the Membership and wish to renew the service. The same user will be consider as New Membership and same amount need to be payable for same.

• Jurisdiction and applicable law

  1. The customer registered with Vivahsaptapadi using services of VS is deemed to have entered within the territorial jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.
  2. The customer acknowledge and accept unconditionally that in case of any dispute, differences, they shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and shall have exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.

• Packages

  Vivahsaptapadi Mainly deals one package Silver Membership

  1. Silver Membership – Silver Membership is valid for 360 Days nearly 12 months from Day of Purchase. User will get Basic Features such as Contact Details of user, user can view unlimited profile and get details for unlimited profiles. User may get counselling session on Phone/Video Call or One to one at Mumbai/Pune Location depending on requirement of Silver membership User. 
  2. Silver Membership user need to pay different amount for one to one counselling session and Profile of the Week ,rates for same is solemnly decided by VS Team.
